Documentary Filming
Wellpark Productions Scotland (“Wellpark”) have been granted permission by An Comisiun to film a documentary at the World Championships in Glasgow 2010 (“the Championships”). As part of the filming for the documentary the audience at the Championships will be filmed and as such it is likely that you may be filmed and included in the final programme.
Unless you make yourself immediately known to a member of the production team at the Championships (who will need to take your photograph and other details for identification purposes) your attendance at the Championships shall constitute irrevocable permission by you, as the ticket holder, to be filmed/recorded and for Wellpark to use any and all recordings of Championships or parts thereof (including, any parts in which you have been filmed/recorded) by all means and in all media without limitation as Wellpark shall deem appropriate.
